Handler Carol joined ILL-WIS in 1996.  Carol has over 1100 hours of Search and Rescue seminars, and is NASAR SAR-TECH II certified. Buddy is her first working dog. Buddy is certified in Trailing and Human Remains Detection (HRD) with ILL-WIS. He also has NASAR certifications in Human Remains Detection.
